Fourth Series
Perpetual Calendar 3940 — Fourth Series
“Sigma Swiss sigma” moves into line with the beaded minute track; modern sans-serif sub-dial font; hallmarks only on the backs of the lugs. Some white-gold and platinum examples have a silver moon and stars.
Collectors divide production into series; the first 25 were numbered dials for Beyer. Hallmarks move from the case side to the lugs as production advances.
