Rolex 5035
Rolex’s in-house quartz caliber for the Oysterquartz Datejust: a 32 kHz oscillator with thermal compensation driving a pallet fork and escape wheel, hence its loud tick. Shares parts with the mechanical 3035. Chronometer-certified after the first production. Taken out of production in 2001.
