Steel and Gold
Early Chronographs (pre-Daytona) Monoblocco 3525 — Steel and Gold
Undated
Steel case with gold parts. Strictly not a one-piece Monoblocco, though collectors use the name anyway. A circa 1939 example in steel and pink gold has a pink champagne dial and blue hands.
Serial batches around 40'xxx–50'xxx, mid-100'000 and mid-300'000 (Phillips). Patrizzi and Cappelletti estimate about 200 steel examples in total (cited by HODINKEE).
