Cartier London
Tank Asymétrique Parallélogramme — Cartier London
Undated
The London workshops made a limited number of Parallélogrammes; the design was a favourite of Jean-Jacques Cartier. Some kept the angular Art Deco lines; others, from London’s most experimental period (1967–1974), reshaped the brancards as cylindrical forms angled inward and gave the bezel its own rounded lozenge outline.
No reference number: identified by model name (archive “Modèle 385”) and case numbers. Only a handful of original examples are known.
