UFO, Black Dial and Yellow Hands
Rounded steel UFO case with unequal silver registers, a black dial and yellow chronograph hands. The photographed back reads 6138-0011, although the dealer title and model table say 6138-0017. The case shows past polishing, and the dealer records unknown service history.
The listing title dates the specimen to 1974, but its table gives the partly masked serial 2NXXXX. Because the dating is inconsistent, no exact year or production range is assigned. The movement closeup shows 6138B and 21 jewels; that is evidence for the pictured assembly, not every watch carrying this case reference.
Separate day and date indications appear together on the documented dial; language wheels and originality are specimen-specific.
The UFO dial has vertically arranged silver hour and minute registers of different sizes.

Seiko 6138 family
Automatic day-date chronograph family with elapsed-hour and 30-minute counters. The exact A/B movement suffix, jewel count and originality of fitted components require specimen-specific evidence; none is inferred from a case reference alone.
