Valjoux 72B
Rolex designation for its early Valjoux 72-based chronograph caliber. The earliest caliber used in the Daytona, found only in very early 6239s; also recorded in the 6238 and in a 1966 6240. One editorial equates it with the 722 and dates it to 1966.
