Hand-made round case with an invisible bezel, concealed lugs and a back held by four screws, framing a square dial turned on its point, in cream with black Roman numerals and blued sword or épée hands. Cases were made at Wright & Davies in Clerkenwell, most likely by workshop head Sam Mayo, and fitted at New Bond Street by Eric Denton; each watch took several months. Jaeger-LeCoultre movements signed Cartier.
No reference number: identified by case number and London hallmarks dated 1972–1975. Made in two sizes, in tiny numbers.
