Submariner 5510
19583 variants
The last big-crown Submariner and the first with caliber 1530. Practically indistinguishable from a late two-line 6538 except by the reference engraved between the lugs, which carries only the case number at six o’clock. One documented batch runs from case 361,800 to 362,299, with casebacks dated I.58.
Fewer than 300 made, per one auction house; another source counts 500 pieces in the batch 361,800–362,299 alone.
