Undated3 variants
Best-known Dato-Compax, made for most of the 1950s in a two-body Oyster case. Phillips calls the series the most complex chronograph Rolex ever produced. The “Killy” name comes from the French ski champion, though he was rarely if ever photographed wearing one.
A dealer reports about 500 steel, 170 yellow-gold and 144 pink-gold examples (unverified).
