1994–20022 variants
The only Patek perpetual calendar chronograph not in a round case: a 1920s-style cushion (“TV”) case, unpopular at launch. Same CH 27-70 Q and dial layout as the 3970; most dials have Breguet numerals and hands. Solid or display backs.
About 750 in all metals, 1994–2002, of which about 150 pink gold (Phillips).
